Description

G-11 / EPGC203 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminate

G-11 / EPGC203 is the high-temperature counterpart of G-10, formulated with a heat-resistant epoxy system and hot-pressed from woven glass cloth. Its defining feature is the ability to retain a high proportion of its mechanical strength at elevated temperatures.

With Class F (155 °C) heat resistance, flexural strength ≥340 MPa and high dielectric strength, G-11 is ideal where both thermal and mechanical demands are high — high-temperature insulators, structural supports and aerospace components. Like G-10, it also performs well at cryogenic temperatures.

We manufacture G-11 from 0.5 mm to 100 mm thick as sheets or CNC-machined parts, with factory-direct export to the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Europe.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between G-10 and G-11?

G-11 uses a heat-resistant epoxy system and retains more of its mechanical strength at high temperatures (Class F, 155 °C), while G-10 is Class B rated.

What is G-11 used for?

G-11 is used for high-temperature insulators, structural supports, switchgear, cryogenic parts and aerospace components.

What thicknesses do you offer?

We supply G-11 from 0.5 mm to 100 mm thick in standard and custom sizes, plus CNC-cut parts.

Is G-11 suitable for cryogenic use?

Yes, like G-10, G-11 retains good strength at very low temperatures and is used in cryogenic assemblies.

Do you export G-11 worldwide?

We export G-11 to the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Europe and globally, with free samples and full documentation.
