FR-4 / EPGC202 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminate (Yellow)

FR-4 / EPGC202 epoxy glass cloth laminate is manufactured by impregnating woven E-glass cloth with flame-retardant epoxy resin, then hot-pressing under high temperature and pressure. The result is a rigid, dimensionally stable board with the balanced electrical, mechanical and thermal properties that have made FR-4 the most widely used insulation laminate in the world.

Our FR-4 boards achieve UL94 V-0 self-extinguishing performance while retaining high flexural strength and a dielectric strength of at least 14 kV/mm. Low water absorption (≤0.10%) keeps electrical properties stable in humid environments, and the standard yellow or green finish can be customised on request.

We supply FR-4 in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 100 mm, as full sheets, cut blanks or fully CNC-machined parts. With 8,000 tons of annual capacity and in-house cutting, we ship reliably to PCB makers, transformer and switchgear manufacturers across the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Europe.

What is the difference between FR-4 and G-10?

FR-4 and G-10 are both epoxy glass laminates. The key difference is that FR-4 is flame-retardant (UL94 V-0 self-extinguishing), while standard G-10 is not. FR-4 is preferred wherever fire safety standards apply.

What thicknesses of FR-4 can you supply?

We manufacture FR-4 from 0.5 mm up to 100 mm thick, in standard sheet sizes of 1020×1220 mm and 1220×2440 mm, plus custom dimensions and CNC-cut parts.

Is your FR-4 RoHS compliant?
