Description

3021 / TG Phenolic Paper Laminate

3021 (TG) phenolic paper laminate is an economical insulation board produced by impregnating insulating paper with phenolic resin and hot-pressing it into rigid sheets. It is the cost-effective member of the phenolic laminate family for general-purpose low-voltage insulation.

With dielectric strength ≥10 kV/mm and Class E heat resistance, 3021 punches, drills and cuts cleanly, making it ideal for switchgear panels, washers, backing boards and terminal strips. It offers good electrical insulation at an attractive price point.

We supply 3021 from 0.5 mm to 50 mm thick as sheets or punched/CNC-cut parts, with factory-direct export to the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Europe.
