FR-5 / EPGC204 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminate

FR-5 / EPGC204 is the flame-retardant, high-temperature member of the epoxy glass laminate family. It pairs UL94 V-0 self-extinguishing performance with the heat-resistant strength characteristics of G-11, making it ideal where both fire safety and thermal demands are critical.

With Class F (155 °C) heat resistance, dielectric strength ≥14 kV/mm and UL94 V-0 flammability, FR-5 is used in high-temperature PCBs, flame-retardant insulators and aerospace parts. Low water absorption ensures stable insulation in humid conditions.

We supply FR-5 from 0.5 mm to 80 mm thick as sheets or CNC-machined parts, with factory-direct export to the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Europe.
