Description

3250 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminate

3250 epoxy glass cloth laminate is a high-temperature insulation board hot-pressed from heat-resistant epoxy-impregnated glass cloth. It is engineered for Class F/H service, withstanding continuous temperatures up to 180 °C.

With dielectric strength ≥15 kV/mm and flexural strength ≥350 MPa, 3250 provides reliable insulation and mechanical durability in high-temperature transformers, Class H motors and switchgear. Low water absorption keeps performance stable in humid environments.

We manufacture 3250 from 0.5 mm to 50 mm thick as sheets or CNC-machined parts, with factory-direct export to the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Europe.
