Description

Halogen-free G-10 epoxy glass laminate combines the high mechanical strength and dimensional stability of standard G-10 with an eco-friendly flame-retardant system that contains no halogens, producing low smoke and toxicity in a fire.

It retains flexural strength of at least 340 MPa, high dielectric strength and UL94 V-0 self-extinguishing performance, while meeting RoHS and REACH compliance. This makes it especially suitable for EV battery insulation, enclosed electronics and rail and transit applications.

We supply halogen-free G-10 from 0.5 mm to 80 mm thick as sheets or CNC-machined parts, with factory-direct export to the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Europe.
